I was just browsing a Howard Forums topic about the N82 black and spotted some new street pictures that the user "samven582" posted. The images are also tagged Engadget, but I can't find the exact source of the photos. If someone finds their article with these pics please share in the comments below so I can give the proper source. Thanks to a commenter here at the blog, the source of these photos came from this article at Engadget.
I also checked out a post today by Devin from The Nokia Guide which talks about the Nokia N82 black being available and in stock at PhoneSourceUSA. Click here to check out the article and keep in mind Devin found out buyers outside of the USA can get the phone shipped internationally. Warning: Make sure you call that retailer first I've heard all their N82's are the asian version with asian markings on the keypad above the each number.
I haven't heard of any other places having it in stock, if you find one be sure to share and leave a comment below.

thanks leonard for the tip. i just added that link to the article. are you still interested in the n82 black after seeing more pics?
Dammmmmmn im from Mexico and i've been waiting for this phone for so long, maybe the wait its over!!!!!!!
I called PhoneSourceUSA to ask about the caricatures on the n82 black and they told me that all their phones were in english. I'm not sure if they were just trying to sell me a phone or if they are telling me the truth. Does anyone have direct experience. I'm confused why they would tell me this on the phone and another individual would claim the opposite on howardforums.com

Yea, I reaaaally want this phone and have been waiting forever. Probably the only reason I come to this blog is because of the constant updates on the Black version.
But I have to agree with the guy above me, does anyone else have an opinion, because I wouldn't trust them either.
Also, has anyone ever used PhonesourceUSA before? How is there customer service?
Zak
Apparently,
It seems to be possible to order the N82 Black on ebay... just here :

Who dare to take the risk...?
However, it's strange because they use a wrong image of it.
See you
Jamal
Hi all ;)
Probably they are changing N82 Housing, here you have Black housing in eBay:

Latest one seems to be a complete 'housing'... cover, housing and keypad but it is not in black... Do you think first ones are a full solution??
Hi guys and Mike! B4 i post my stuff just wanna say that your n82blog rocks! Serious. haha have been reading it daily since 2 months ago and yup am a great fan of this site cos I have been waiting for the N82 black like everyone else in the world! And the black diamond has finally reached my country! CHEERS! Btw i am from Singapore. In case no one knows... it is in Asia =D Heard rumors of it coming out in shop this weekend dunno whether is it true though. If i get 1, i am gonna post some pics and give comments on it so wish me luck!
I emailed PhoneSourceUsa, and got the confirmation that the n82 black they have is an Asian version, too bad
If the above poster is telling the truth, the sales people at PhoneSourceUSA misled me. Whether it was intentional or not I can't say.
I just spoke to someone smart over at PhoneSourceUSA and he informed me that the Asian version of the n82 Black has both english and chinese characters on the keypad. He also told me that all their phones come standard with English language packs. He said that the phones they get from Hong Kong usually come with UK English on them and Simplified Chinese. I was also told that in addition to UK English and Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese is also common on the Hong Kong phones.
Hi again,
No seems to be there is a complete housing for black n82 :)

Is in Spanish ebay... I supose that there is at ebay.com too...
As yo can see, seems to be that pad is in english only so aint no chinese chars.
Only a problem... aint no black keypad so is not 'fully' black :S
Best regards
You know, Nokia is really screwing this one up. I would say that amongst released, high-end Nokia phones the N82 is second only to the N95 (not counting the E90).
They spent lots of time money and effort to develop it and now risk having people walk away to get the 3G iPhone, Garmin Nuviphone, N96, an Android phone or something else that will be out soon. I didn't understand why they released a silver phone and then staggered the black and white versions, and then they go and announce the black version, seed info to retailers then drop the ball at the 11th hour.
I'm ready, willing and eager to spend $500 + overnight shipping to get a black N82, and Nokia doesn't seem to want my money. If I were a Nokia shareholder or retailer I would be upset at something like this. Talk about bad customer service...
Some great new pics over at Esato:

I placed an order with PhoneSource-USA last Thursday for an n82. They said it would ship Monday. I called today and they said the order never got placed. They said that my order number got swapped with another persons order and my phone most likely got shipped to another customer by mistake. They said it was a bug in the system and that this type of thing was common. They would not offer me complimentary overnight shipping do to the mix up. They never charged my credit card.
I wonder if this company collects orders without having inventory and then delivers the above message to customers when they are unable to deliver? Anybody else have these type of experiences to share? Thoughts about small scale suspect online electronics retailers?

Been going back and forth with Nokia for days now about the N82 Black US version... On the NSERIES website, if you click on the N82, then look at news and click to page 2 of 20, there is a note there that says Nokia N82 Black US version for a sale price of $479.99!! yet when you attempt to order it there is no option for it...Nokia has yet to relieve the situation or give me a good explanation to why they are falsely advertising a phone in a color, country, and price that they truly do not offer. Because of all this I have been debating ordering a silver N82 and some black housing from ebay, anyone have any thoughts on any of this???
