A dictionary application is one of those programs that lots of people want to have on their phone but don't often need. But hey you never know when your gonna have to look up a word quickly so you don't feel like a dummy right? Or maybe you just want to prove one of your pals wrong about the meaning of something.
The developer Simon Judge created an application for S60 phones based on Webster's Dictionary. Every word that is found in their can also be found in this application.
- Built-in indexes find words in a fraction of a second.
- Includes parts of speech (noun, verb etc).
- Uses 6Mb disk space for the program and data.
- Installs to main memory or memory card (Memory card recommended)

This is good alternative for Commercial Dictionary clients
I just downloaded the apps. Not happy with it as many words I was looking for did not turn up with a result. They only come up with Words Not Found. Is there something wrong with the way I was doing it? And it seems to have a build in censorship. Try keying words like pussy, cunt, dick, or even fart... it does not come out with any results except Words Not Found. ?????
i think it doesn't need for anyone to search such words coz everyone of us knows the meaning of each,(what for isn't?!),as for me just a normal day-to-day english words would be much fine! :-)
one more advise..better get a copy of porno magazines for better understanding of the words you're looking,hehhe peace dude!
Hi Simon, Its a nice application but there are quite a few words missing. Please try to update the vocabulary and include many more words. Otherwise its very easy to use and is very simple. Great Work!!
